Quotes and scope

Quotes can vary based on quantity, material, customization, delivery times, and the scope of the digital profile. Every project is confirmed based on the information approved by the customer.

Design and approval

TapLoop may request logos, contact details, links, and visual references to prepare the design. Production begins based on the customer's final approval.

Digital profiles and links

Digital profiles are set up using the information provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring their data, links, text, images, and brand permissions are accurate and authorized.

Delivery and support

Delivery times are communicated during the quote process. TapLoop tests NFC and QR functionality before delivering the cards, and offers support related to the product's initial setup.
